How to Request Data Deletion

You can request deletion of your account and associated data using any of the following methods:

• Registered Mobile Number (if applicable)
• Facebook Account Email (if used for login)
• Reason for deletion (Optional)

Our team will verify your request and permanently delete your information within 7 business days.

Method 2 – Through the Website

If you have an account on Mystick Smiles:

1. Log in to your account.
2. Navigate to Profile → Account Settings.
3. Click Delete Account.
4. Confirm your request.

Your account and associated personal information will be scheduled for permanent deletion.

What Data Will Be Deleted

Upon successful verification, we will delete:

• Personal Profile Information
• Name
• Email Address
• Mobile Number
• Appointment History
• Uploaded Documents (if any)
• Facebook Login Information associated with our application
• Any other personally identifiable information stored by Mystick Smiles

Data That May Be Retained

Certain information may be retained if required for:

• Legal obligations
• Tax requirements
• Fraud prevention
• Security investigations
• Compliance with applicable laws

Such retained information will only be kept for the legally required period.
